Meiyad P4 Outdoor Flexible LED Screen

After the indoor LED flexible screen born, Meiyad independently developed a kind of outdoor LED flexible screen, which caused a sensation in the industry.Meiyad outdoor flexible led screen adopts special technology to achieve outdoor waterproof rating. At present, the model of Meiyad outdoor flexible screen is P4, and has already been achieved millions of orders. Research and Development department will continue to develop various models of outdoor LED flexible screens in the future. In the increasingly demanding market requirements, special shaped LED display pay more attention to breakthrough in structural, and are more inclined to customers with special requirements and a variety of occasions. However, for a long time before, special shaped LED screen were assembled by traditional rectangular flat modules or edging. The most common special shaped LED screens are large curved screens and flat circular screens. The outdoor cylindrical LED screen, including the outer full color arc LED screen, and the inner arc full color LED screen, the curved display with large arc effect made by the traditional product. But when designing the cabinet, it needs to design the arc shaped cabinet according to the actual project situation. However, when the curvature of the LED display screen is small and the display form is more complicated, the seam and the flatness of LED display, and the display screen shows inconsistencies, mosaics and some other problems are not solved well, so that the overall effect of the LED display screen is not good. In response to this problem, Meiyad outdoor LED soft modules came into being, many advantages of them are beyond the ordinary curved LED display. The outdoor column LED display with smaller diameter has high requirements for the manufacturing technology of the LED display. Meiyad outdoor flexible LED screen can easily consisted a cylinder with a diameter of only 1m in outdoors, which is unbeatable to ordinary curved LED displays.Meiyad flexible LED screens are widely used in outdoor venues with special shapes, such as square pillars, outdoor Christmas tree decorations, outdoor stage and so on.Outdoor flexible LED screen application to the Christmas tree decorationOutdoor flexible LED screen application to outdoor decorationThe LED display screens that everyone knows are hard-boned, and it doesn't go with the word "soft". But the emergence of the Meiyad flexible LED screen completely broke this perception. Different from the traditional LED display which using glass fiber materials and other rigid PCB boards, the LED flexible screen uses a flexible FPC circuit board, the mask and the frame are made of rubber material, and then a special series of locks and link devices are used. The design ensures the maximum flexibility of LED display to achieve a curved shape that is not possible for other common LED screens. The bending demonstration to Meiyad P4 outdoor LED soft moduleThe traditional LED display adopts large engineering installation methods such as screws and frame fixing, and the installation method of the flexible LED screen is particularly simple, just like sticking a piece of paper on the wall. Meiyad flexible LED screen is very light weight, so most are installed by magnets, which greatly simplifies the installation and disassembly process, making it easier for customers to complete the installation work and reduce the burden of use.The picture shows Meiyad flexible LED screen magnetic installation
