Full color led display applications are often in a state of looping video, and this dynamic display charges the parasitic capacitance on the column or line when switching, causing some LEDs that are not lit at this moment to appear dark light. This is called smear.

The main causes of smear are as follows:

1. Graphics driver problem. You can try to update the graphics driver or reinstall the graphics driver. It is also recommended to adjust the resolution and refresh rate, or it may be related to the response time of the LCD monitor.

2. Graphics card issue. You can try to re-plug and clean the gold finger, and you can observe whether the graphics card fan is working properly.

3. Data line problem. Need to replace the data line, or check if the data line is bent.

4. Screen line problem. That is, the VGA cable, checking if the wire is connected properly and there is no looseness. You can try to replace a good quality VGA cable, and the VGA cable should be farther away from the power cable.

5. LCD monitor problem. Connect the monitor to another normal computer. If the problem persists, it may be the LCD monitor problem.
