Since the new employees joined the company, there has been a systematic product and sales training system, and regular training on product knowledge, bidding, and supporting product knowledge has been carried out. These trainings not only help employees to have a deep understanding of the company's product characteristics and technical advantages, but also understand the latest technology in the industry and the core product knowledge of supporting suppliers, but also improve their personal abilities and serve customers with professional knowledge.

On September 6, Meiyad invited relevant persons in charge of SINYOPTO to come to our company to train LED lamp bead product knowledge. At the training meeting, technical experts from SINYOPTO explained the core technical principles of LED lamp beads, the characteristics of various types of lamp beads, the latest development trends and market application prospects. Through vivid case analysis and on-site interactive Q&A sessions, the sales managers attending the meeting not only enhanced their comprehensive understanding of product characteristics, but also recommended lamp bead products that meet customer application scenarios based on the needs of different mid-to-high-end customer groups.

On August 24, our sales and pre-sales personnel went to Nova Shenzhen headquarters to participate in product pre-sales technical training, systematically learning control system program debugging, dark and bright line adjustment, system common functions, correction coefficient management and application and other professional knowledge. On September 11, Nova technical experts will be invited to our company again to conduct new product knowledge and solution configuration training.
