Installation Details Manual For Flexible LED Module

1. Operators must wear anti-static gloves when assembling flexible led modules.

2. It is prohibited to splash water on the screen or module. If need to clean dust, it is not allowed to use rags, objects with moisture, hard objects, etc. Can use anti-static soft bristle brushes for cleaning.

3. When installing indoor LED display screens, the relative humidity of the environment should be within the range of 20% to 80%. Before assembly, the modules should be put in a dry place to ensure that they are stored in an environment with a temperature not exceeding 35 ℃ and a humidity not exceeding 65%.

4. It is prohibited to directly tear or pull with violence. When change the cables, they should plug in and plug out the cables gently to avoid excessive force to break the copper pillar and damage the PCB circuit.

5. It is prohibited to use galvanized square tube for installation which cannot guarantee flatness, and we suggest using sprayed iron cabinet for installation.

6. It is recommended to use sprayed simple curve and cylindrical iron cabinet, which is easy to install and has good flatness.

7. The bending angle of the module is between 150° and 180°, and it is prohibited to repeated fold the modules violently.

8. The module lamp surface needs to be well protected to prevent led lamp colliding or falling at corner or 4 sides.
