Anyone familiar with indoor LED displays knows that prices vary widely for different materials and configurations, so here's what you might need to pay for an indoor LED display.
The indoor LED screen has a small pixel pitch; its image quality and dynamic capture ability will be better, and the resolution will be higher. In real life, most indoor LED displays are installed in a small space between displays, such as indoor monitors. They consist of P1.5, P1.92 or other small pixel pitch LED displays. Even though the colors are very vibrant, many details on the screen are well rendered. The larger the dot pitch of the LED screen, the more blurred the display, which is only suitable for large text sets.
Of course, the smaller the pixel pitch you choose, the higher the resolution and the more expensive it will be.
This is one of the key factors in determining how much you need to spend. You need to know exactly where and how big your indoor LED display will be installed. Because the LED display is different from other products, it is customized. If the size is wrong, the whole led screen is useless. So be sure to confirm the size with the salesperson.
Also, size has to do with your optimum viewing distance; if it's in a smaller room, fewer people will be watching. For example, small conference rooms can be equipped with smaller LED displays. If it is a large store with many people watching, then you need to install a larger led screen. Of course, a large led screen is definitely more expensive than a small led screen.
The parameter is also a very important factor in determining the price. Different parameters have different effects when the LED display is working.
Brightness: The brightness of the general indoor LED display is between 600CD and 800CD. If you need more brightness, it will cost extra.
Refresh rate: This is an important parameter. This parameter is related to whether the LED screen will display water waves when you use your mobile phone to take pictures or record videos. At present, the most common refresh rates on the market are divided into normal 1920hz and high refresh rate 3840hz. When shooting with a mobile phone, the 3840HZ led display can hardly see water ripples. But 1920Hz stands out more. Therefore, the 3840HZ high refresh rate is more expensive than the 1920Hz normal refresh rate.
There are many materials for making LED displays, and the prices are also different. Of course, if the customer does not ask, the supplier will generally default to using their most commonly used material brand.
Die-casting aluminum alloy cabinet: This is the most commonly used indoor LED display housing material, made of aluminum alloy housing die-casting technology. It has the advantage of being much lighter than iron. More indoor LED displays should be installed on the load-bearing position of the wall to reduce the load on the wall, so that more users will choose relatively light cabinets. Of course, this material will be quite expensive.
Iron cabinet: As the name suggests, the iron cabinet is made of iron. Because the iron itself has a certain weight, the weight of the package made of iron will be heavier. Indoor LED displays generally do not use this material because it will increase the load-bearing of the wall. The price of this material will be lower.
The power supply should be highly reliable and of good quality as it will keep the LED screen safe and prevent it from burning. Different power supply brands have different advantages; Of course, the price will also be different; At present, MEAN WELL and G-energy Power supply brands are mostly used in indoor LED displays.
The price of LEDs depends on the brand you use, brightness, viewing angle, color and color temperature.
There is also a certain fee to pay for the freight of LED display screens, because the transportation methods are different, and the transportation time varies greatly. Prices will naturally vary.
Air Freight: If you are in a hurry to get the LED screen, air freight is your best choice. Because it takes the shortest time to use, but please note that this mode of transportation is more expensive.
Shipping by sea: If you are not in a hurry, you can use the LED display. Or if your LED display is big and heavy. Shipping by sea is also a good choice. And this mode of transportation is relatively cheap.
Customs: Customs inspection is an inevitable process in the cross-border transportation of goods. Some countries require you to apply for a certificate, but most do not. Therefore, you should know in advance whether your customs needs a certificate or not. The LED display supplier will provide each user with a LED display packing list and invoice. If your customs does not require a certificate, you can go directly with the two documents provided by the supplier. Customs fees are paid by you. The specific quantity depends on your customs standard; every country is different.
