The quality of full color LED display can be identified from the following aspects:

1. Flatness

The surface flatness of the LED display should be within ±1mm to ensure that the displayed image is not distorted. Local protrusion or recession may cause a blind angle in the viewing angle of the LED display. The quality of the flatness is mainly determined by the production process.

2. Brightness and viewing angle

The brightness of the full color indoor led screen should be above 800cd/sqm, and the brightness of the full color outdoor led screen should be above 1500cd/sqm to ensure the normal operation of the LED display. Otherwise, the displayed image will not be seen because the brightness is too low. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of the LED lamp bead.

The size of the viewing angle directly determines the number of LED display audiences, so the bigger the better. The size of the viewing angle is primarily determined by the way of the chip is packaged.

3. White balance effect

White balance is one of the most important indicators of LED displays. In color theory, when the ratio of the three primary colors of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16, pure white will be displayed. If there is a slight deviation in the actual ratio, the deviation of white balance will occur. Generally, it should be noted whether white is blue shift or yellow shift, green shift phenomenon. The quality of the white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the LED display, and the LED lamp beads also have an effect on the color reproduction.

4. The reducibility of color

The reducibility of color refers to the revivification of color by the LED display. The color displayed by the LED display should be consistent with the color of the source to ensure the realism of the image.

5. Product design

There are many kinds of full color LED display screens, indoor and outdoor energy-saving high-brightness, high-speed refreshing and portable products, and all kinds of industries have different requirements for LED display, so buyers distinguish the quality of LED display need to gather their own needs, whether the LED display manufacturers can meet their needs to the greatest extent.

6. Material control

The selection of materials plays a decisive role in the quality of the display. The selection of high-quality raw materials at the source controls the quality of the LED display. Therefore, it is the focus of the inspection for the purchaser.

4)Pin header (with box header): The pin header is the main component of the control circuit and the PCB control circuit through the cable. It is better to use the pin header with box header. It not only prevents the cable from being inserted backwards and reworked when the screen is installed, but also effectively prevent the needles from being exposed to the LED screen and harm to maintenance personnel.

5)Resistance, capacitance and other components: All matters regardless of importance. Because the LED display often switches on and off, the quality of the capacitor also affects the protection of the LED display screen when the switch is turned on. The resistor is the main component that controls the display current. There are preferred big brand products.

6)LED module mask and frame: The main material is plastic. Imported high-quality materials, anti-deformation, strong environmental resistance.
