6. Why is the LED display not displayed when the controller is normal?

When the controller settings and the connection cable are well connected, sometimes there is no display on the LED display screen, which is usually caused by one of the following reasons. Please checking:

A. Is the LED display powered up normally?

B. Whether the connection between the HUB board and the display screen is reversed.

C. Is the program edited and sent empty?

7. The LED module appears that the whole screen is not bright and dark.

A. Visually check whether the power connection cable, the 26P cable between the LED modules and the power module indicator are normal.

B. Using a multimeter to measure whether the voltage of the LED module is normal or not, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal. If not, it is judged that the power module is bad.

C. If the voltage of the power supply module is low, and the fine adjustment (fine adjustment of the power module close to the indicator light) makes the voltage reach the standard.

8. What is the cause of the black screen on the LED display?

In the process of using the control system, we occasionally see black screen on the LED display. The same phenomenon may be caused by various reasons, even the process of blackening the display will be different with different operation and various environment. For example, it may be black at the moment of power-on, black at the time of loading, or black after sending. Please pay attention to this phenomenon and refer to the following aspects to determine the "fault":

A. Please ensure that all hardware including the control system is properly powered on. (+5V, do not reverse, connect wrong)

B. Checking and repeatedly confirming whether the serial cable used to connect to the controller is loose. (If it turns black during the loading process, it is likely to be caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is interrupted due to loose communication during communication. Therefore, the screen is black. Do not think that the LED display is not moving, the line can not be loose, please check it, this is very important for you to solve the problem quickly.)

C. Checking and confirming that the LED display and the HUB board connected to the main control card are tightly connected and inserted.
