The led display control card is the core component of the graphic led display. It is mainly responsible for receiving the picture display information from the computer serial port, putting it into the frame memory, and generating the serial display data and scanning control timing required by the led display according to the partition drive mode. 1. Confirm that the control card is compatible with the software.

2. Check whether the connection line is off or loose, check and confirm whether the serial port line used to connect the control card matches the control card, some control cards use straight-through (2-2, 3-3, 5-5), and some For control card (2-3, 3-2, 5-5).

3. Make sure that the control system hardware is powered on correctly.

4. Choose the correct product model, correct transmission method, correct serial port number, and correct baud rate according to the control card software and the control card you choose. And according to the DIP switch diagram provided in the software, set the address bit and baud rate on the control system hardware correctly.

5. If the loading fails after the above inspection and calibration, please use a multimeter to measure whether the connected computer or the serial port of the control system hardware is damaged to confirm whether it should be returned to the computer manufacturer or the control system hardware detection.
