1. PCB circuit board material of P2.5 LED display

Some LED display manufacturers use cheap flame-retardant paperboard or single-sided fiberboard as the PCB board for low-cost competition, because the full-glass PCB board is very expensive. At first, we couldn't see the difference. In less than a year, it would break due to moisture, UV damage, oxidation, etc., causing the entire LED module to be scrapped. High-quality LED displays must use double-sided full-glass PCB boards, although the cost is high, but the quality is guaranteed.

2. IC device

Observe whether the brand of the IC device used is consistent. What type of IC is used and how many ICs are used, which also affects the quality of the P2.5 LED display. Some LED display manufacturers, in order to save costs, will deliberately reduce the number of ICs, or mix other brands of IC.

3. Lamp beads and chips:

The naked eye is unable to distinguish the quality of the lamp beads, and can only be tested for a long time.

Second, the quality of welding

Check whether the patch has components missing or mislabeled, and whether there is a short circuit between the component pins and burrs. Check whether the solder joints of the straight plug are smooth and round, whether the board surface is clean and tidy, and there is no solder joint welding. Check the flatness of the LED display and the consistency of the ink color.
