Summaries of Full Color LED Display Assembly Technology (Part One)

Full color LED display is often used for outdoor display. It is usually assembled from multiple cabinets. The assembly of the cabinet will also involve the product technology, parameter correction, normal operation of the system.What problems will the assembly generally have?

1. What's the reason to be failure to load?

May be due to the following reasons, please compare with your operation according to the listed items:

A. Ensure that the control system hardware is properly powered up. (+5V)

B. Checking and confirming that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through line, not a cross-line.

C. Checking and confirming that the serial port cable is intact and there are no loose or falling off at both ends.

D. Comparing the LED display control software and the control card of your choice to select the correct product model, the correct transmission method, the correct serial port number, the correct baud rate and set the control system hardware of address bits and baud rate correctly according to the DIP switch diagram provided in the software.

E. Checking if the jumper cap is loose or fall off; if the jumper cap is not loose, please make sure the jumper cap is in the correct direction.

F. If after the above checking and correction it still does not load, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged. To confirm whether it should be sent to the computer manufacturer or the control system hardware to detect.

2. What's the reason for uncommunicate?

The reason is the same as the failure loading, please refer to the above No.1.
